Istanbul's Premier Fusion Restaurant
Built within one of the few original Art Nouveau buildings in Istanbul, and located near Taksim, changa (meaning "mix" in Swahili) is a new fusion restaurant & bar that serves lunch and dinner.
The atmosphere of changa singles it out from the others in Istanbul as it combines old and new, classic and modern. changa's menu is prepared by Peter Gordon of The Sugar Club, London and the type of food could be described as "Pacific Rim" or "Fusion" ... Fusion, at its best, allows ingredients from all over the globe to be marinated, cooked & served together in harmony on the same plate.
