is a unique Online Hotel Reservation System.
You can book with 11 cities and 220 Hotels, 660
Hotel Maps and over 800 Hotel Pictures. Also you
can examine all hotel advises prepared by
professional agents.
The system enables you to make your new
reservations instantly, make changes on your
confirmed reservations and cancel your
reservations via the system. You all need to do
is to follow the instructions on the system.
Your confirmed reservations, made via our
system is guaranteed by boutiquehotelsistanbul.com
( InternationalHRS.com ). Confirmed reservation
means you got a confirmation number from our
side after your reservation process.
You will NOT get any e-mail from
boutiquehotelsistanbul.com
( InternationalHRS.com ) unless you asked to
get e-mail. You will make your all needs on the
system, you will see your confirmation on "Your
Reservations" tray.
Hotel Search
- Please select your destination where
you will travel by choosing City. Regions
section is optional and you can narrow your
selections by selecting region.
- Optionally, you can simply search by hotel
name and city. You must fill ate least 3 first
letters of either city or hotel name.
- If you would like to see available hotels on
the selected city, you must select dates
correctly.
- You can see al infos about the hotels, hotel
maps and other required facilities by clicking
button or by clicking on "Hotel Name"
- The "Rates from..."section is used ONLY to
give and idea and never reflect the actual
rates. If you would like to see the actual rates
on the selected dates about a hotel, you must
click
button and see the correct dates.

- Child ages vary from one to the others. Most
hotels accept the child age between 02-12. Also
most hotels charge no amount for the children.
Again, the child ages are indicated on "Book_now
page. Be careful for child age when you are
making an Extra Bed. If child age is more than
the hotels accepted age, you MUST make your
reservation as Triple Room. The system accepts
only 01 child for every room.

is fully booked and cant be booked by
anyway at this time. This may occur on
big Fair Dates and during Congress
Season. You must try alternative dates. |

Room Rates
-All hotel
rates are inclusive of Breakfast, Service and
all applicable local taxes. You can identify
whether the breakfast is included or not, on
"Book_now" page, where you see your actual
travel dates and room rates.
Cancellations:
* * * Under no circumstances should you
directly contact the hotel concerned about a
reservation change, as this may be a source of
confusion and thus extra costs. Also, bookings
made and confirmed through agents should be
changed and modified via that same channel.
- You can cancel your reservation during your
cancellation period without any concern.
However, some rules will apply on all confirmed
reservations as below;
* Unless otherwise stated, Cancellation Deadline
for all hotels is 4 Working Days before your
arrival date.
* All Event Dates affects your cancellation
period. Be sure that your travel dates are not
in an Event Dates. If so, you will be
responsible for all applicable charges for your
cancellations.
- If you wish to make any change to a confirmed
booking and the booking has been made directly
through boutiquehotelsistanbul.com
( InternationalHRS.com ), you should proceed by
clicking on your reservation ID and cancel your
reservation.
Events and Fair Periods
Under some hotel icons
you will indeed find our tariffs differentiated
according to the date period considered and for
some periods the prices given will be
substantially higher than our usual discounted
rates. Such high tariffs usually imply that this
period corresponds to a major holiday period
(e.g. Christmas / New Year/ national day) or
that there is an important Events such as Trade
Fair or Exhibition.
Please note that such special event periods not
only attract higher prices, they also require
special reservation precautions. Many hotels
will only sell rooms for the full duration of
the special event. Reservation made will be
subjected to an extra reconfirmation step: To
ensure the room the guest must explicitly
RECONFIRM and once reconfirmed the guest is
irreversibly committed for the complete length
of stay, without the possibility of a
cancellation or a refund. We will remind you of
all these special conditions at the time of your
booking.
